I was very hesitant however because making pie crust scare me. This could not have been simpler. I love the fact that the recipe makes 2. I should have made them both because I had no leftovers. Everyone gobbled up the Galette and wanted more. I was especially pleased that when you cut it the blueberries stayed in place. Definitely keeping this recipe and making it again!!!!
